This suite of 4 learning modules develops your understanding of the immune system and of infectious disease control. The course starts by exploring pathogens. It then moves through to immune system defences, vaccination and immunisation and to ways of controlling and preventing the spread of infectious diseases.
This introductory course is suitable for all students who are interested in commencing careers in health sciences and anyone who seeks a fundamental understanding of how the human immune system works.
